Stir until the coffee dissolves and the consistency is that of thick but pourable milk. They make a classic rum and raisin, and the glaze is more of an icing, with powdered sugar beaten into it. Grease your 6 inch cake pans and set. Place the raisins and the rum in a saucepan over low heat and simmer until almost all of the rum has been absorbed.
