Mung Bean Cake Mold. Put a parchment paper on the cooling grid, demold the mung bean cake on it, let sit until completely cool down. For the mung bean cake with red bean paste, take 25g of mung bean paste and roll into a ball, press to flatten the paste.
Dust both the wooden mold (use an old toothbrush!) and the side of bean paste facing the mold with flour. The mung bean cake i shared today is a traditional. The mold used by xiao pang is used to make 30 grams of mung bean cake. Wrap the red bean paste with mung bean paste. Enjoy it directly or chill in the refrigerator then eat it cold as the iced mung bean cake.
