Funnel Cake Using Krusteaz Pancake Mix. Cook pancakes 1 1/4 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Remove from oven and let cool.
Beat into egg mixture until smooth. Brush pancakes on both sides with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Serve warm with dipping sauce, if desired.
Continue mixing on low speed for an additional 2 minutes.
Be sure to cook each side until it’s golden. Pour batter into an empty and clean ketchup bottle or plastic sandwich baggie with the corner snipped off. Add pancake mix to a bowl and whisk in the water, sugar, and vanilla. Flip funnel cake and cook the other side, about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
